York XC530 Elliptical Cycle
The XC530 from York doubles up as an exercise bike and a cross trainer. This gives the best of both worlds meaning you can get the full body workout using the cross trainer or sit down and take it a little easier on the exercise bike. Built in pulse sensors on the handle bars feed data back to the digital exercise computer which calculates your training programme. The variable resistance flywheel has multiple stages of resistance meaning you can set it to exactly the difficulty to suit your regime. A great all round bike and cross trainer which can provide a strong cardio vascular work out and burn calories up to four times as fast as walking.
